DANCE
It is said “dance improves your memory”. Choreography designed for all abilities to a whole catalogue of current and classic pop tunes, Afrobeats and Latin American vibes. Shimmy, sway and sweat your way to fitness letting go of your stresses and inhibitions. This cardiovascular workout is creative and fun and will leave you feeling energized and wanting more.
LET’S HAVE A BALL PILATES
The use of the Pilates mini ball is suitable for all levels and abilities. It builds core stabilization, adds resistance, boosts the activation of the pelvic floor and challenges balance, targeting and strengthening deeper muscle groups. The ball also allows you to gently lengthen your muscles while performing your stretches to increase your range of movement improving flexibility.
BOXINGYOGA
Power up your yoga with dynamic poses that blend balance, strength and flexibility. BoxingYoga is a sequential yoga class originally designed for boxers. It focuses on improving mental and physical strength and flexibility.
SOULFUL STRETCH
Stretch and release the entire body, the perfect way to aid muscle recovery, focusing on the flexibility of key muscles and range of motion, calming your mind and giving your body a chance to reset and recharge to the essential sounds of soul and RnB.
