Champneys Henlow, our gorgeous Georgian manor in Bedfordshire, retains its historic cosy and eclectic English charm and adds world-class spa facilities, 40 treatment rooms, fitness spaces hosting up to 20 exercise classes a day, a stunning pool and tennis and badminton courts.

Near Ashby-de-la-Zouch in the heart of the Midlands, Champneys Springs is the UK’s first purpose-built health spa. It’s the sportiest of our locations and its pitches and training facilities are often used by the pros, but it’s backed with pampering treatments and spaces to relax, too.

Champneys Tring, in the rolling Hertfordshire hills, has been pioneering and perfecting health and wellbeing treatments since 1925. Close enough to London to be reachable, but far enough away to be peaceful, it’s full of modern and traditional treatments.
