Opening hours

The central reservations department is open as follows:

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Bank Holidays: 10:00 - 16:00

Christmas opening hours

Christmas Eve | 09:00 - 13:00

Christmas Day | CLOSED

Boxing Day | CLOSED

27th December | 09:00 - 17:30

28th December | CLOSED

29th December | CLOSED

A note about phone charges

Please note, calls to 03 numbers are charged at the same rate as geographical landline numbers. The rate will depend on the plan you are on with your provider. Often mobile phone providers will include free minutes to landline numbers, including 03 numbers, while landline phone providers often offer free calls to landlines and 03 numbers at certain times of day or day of week.
