About Dan & Karyn of Vitae Vi
Both Dan & Karyn are qualified instructors in Oxygen Advantage Advanced Breathwork techniques, and Dan is a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, both have been involved in coaching & training for many years.
Most importantly however, they love what they do, they care about people, they care about the experience they offer and they both practice what they preach. Both are passionate about helping people feel stronger, happier and healthier using simple and practical techniques they know work.
Their mission is clear: to help others unlock the potential of breathing properly, the power of controlled breath, specific techniques to help enhance energy levels, control stress and improve general health and well-being.

By purchasing your place on this transformational workshop, you are consenting to your name and email address being shared with Vitae Vi by Champneys before the event for completion of your health declaration form and waiver and any pre-retreat information. If for any reason Vitae Vi find that you are not able to participate due to a health contraindication, a full refund will be provided.
Health & Safety
Whilst we want as many people as possible to experience the power of their breath, for health and safety reasons, the method isn’t suitable if:
– You are under 18 years of age
– You are pregnant or breast-feeding
– Have epilepsy
– Suffer from high-blood pressure or coronary heart disease (or any other heart issues)
– Have a history of serious health issues (ie stroke, heart failure, kidney failure)
– Have recently had an operation
Vitae Vi sees to it that all activities are carried out safely and correctly by a Qualified Instructor.
However, Vitae Vi cannot assess the health risks particular to individual participants. Participants are notified about the health risks, as outlined below and Vitae Vi point to their personal responsibility and advise participants to consult their doctor or medical practitioner should the medical questionnaire prompt any potential issues.
If you have any health concerns or any serious medical issues, please consult with a healthcare professional or your GP and contact your Instructor with any questions BEFORE attending the retreat. This is for your own safety.
It is ultimately up to the participant to determine whether they are fit to take part.
