From partners to parents
This prenatal retreat offers expectant couples the space to connect deeply, align on core values, and explore how to best support one another as you step into parenthood. The day is designed to guide you through the meaningful conversations that will strengthen your partnership during this life-changing journey and lay the groundwork for a thriving family.
Through thoughtful discussions and guided activities, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of each other, practical tools for navigating change, and a renewed sense of connection. Whether it’s how to balance responsibilities, share your parenting vision, or keeping your relationship strong amidst the joys and challenges of new parenthood, this retreat helps you prepare not just for the baby — but for your future as a family.
Join this transformative experience that prepares your hearts and minds for the adventure of a lifetime — together.
The morning will be spent exploring three core conversations that you may not realise you even need to have:
1. Becoming your parenting team. Learn how to keep your partnership at the heart of your family. With practical, easy-to-apply tools that help you stay united, share responsibilities equally, and avoid common communication pitfalls. You’ll discover how to navigate the mental load, balance your roles, and tackle the early months of parenthood together as a strong, supportive team.
2. Define your core family values. With your own copy of the Beyond Baby Talk workbook , you’ll dive deep into shaping the values that will guide your parenting journey and decision-making as a family. You’ll create a shared vision of the principles that matter most to both of you, ensuring your family’s foundation is strong and built to last.
Thriving in the first year. Prepare for the emotional and practical realities of the first year of parenthood as a couple. From understanding the hormonal shifts after birth to navigating breastfeeding challenges, we’ll explore how to support each other through this transition. You’ll also learn how to build a reliable support network, maximise quality time with your baby, and carve out time for yourselves—all from a balanced approach to parenthood.
During the afternoon, you can spend time together as a couple to rest and connect in the spa facilities. Recommended treatments are:

Please be aware that Pregnant woman can use the swimming pool but not the hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms.
Rachel will also be available throughout the afternoon for 20-minute personal couples coaching sessions to answer questions or delve deeper into any of the conversations you’ve started.

- Feel more prepared as a couple about how you’ll navigate parenthood together.
- Feel more equipped to support one another through those early months of parenthood.
- Be clearer how parenthood might change your relationship, and how you can maintain the connection you have today.
