Hosted by Lisa Ardley-Price (lawyer, certified coach, and yoga teacher) and Dr. Laureen Jacquet (GP and certified coach), this signature Channel Your Serenity retreat combines somatics (yoga, breathwork, meditation), mindfulness, journalling and practical coaching exercises to guide you to greater clarity, self-compassion and purpose and will support you to create a blueprint for the year ahead.
Workshops: The retreat will feature two of the most popular Channel Your Serenity workshops in which Lisa and Laureen will create a space for you to set purposeful goals for the year ahead from a place of self-love and empowerment through full mind-body integration.
Intention Setting Workshop: Step away from the daily rush and reconnect with your purpose. This session helps you identify your core values and set clear, achievable goals for the future.
Self-Love Workshop: Learn how to prioritise self-care and develop a healthier relationship with yourself. This session will provide practical tools to cultivate self-compassion, which supports your mental wellbeing and your ability to achieve your goals.
Yoga Sessions: The retreat will start and close with two yoga sessions led by Lisa Ardley-Price.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: A morning session to energise and awaken your body and mind in preparation for the Intention Setting Workshop.

Lisa Ardley-Price: A lawyer and award-winning coach and mentor with over 15 years of experience in the legal and financial services industries. Lisa is also a certified yoga teacher who integrates movement, mindfulness, and motivation to help professionals build mental and physical resilience and unlock their full potential. Her blend of corporate expertise and holistic wellness makes her uniquely qualified to help professionals navigate high-pressure environments while maintaining their wellbeing.
Dr. Laureen Jacquet: A GP with a PhD in Stem Cell Research and a background in personal training. Laureen is a certified coach, offering practical exercises that help professionals manage their time, overcome self-sabotage, and lead balanced lives. Her medical background and coaching experience provide a comprehensive approach to physical and emotional resilience, guiding professionals to avoid burnout and achieve long-term wellness.
