Pilates & yoga day
You will enjoy an invigorating Yoga flow class that will also include some relaxation and meditation.
After a healthy light lunch, you will feel centred and at ease with your body with a Pilates class to strengthen, tone and mobilise, leaving you with the rest of the afternoon to relax in the spa and enjoy the grounds with the option to add a treatment.
This will be a special day of self-care and time for you to leave you feeling calm, pampered and energised.

Plus, up to 20 fitness classes each day

Terms & Conditions
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run.
Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.

On occasion, the retreat may appear sold out online. We may have reserved spaces available, which do not appear on the website.
