Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.

Please retain a copy for your information. Champneys takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Champneys Privacy Notice and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information including name and email address as part of the participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility and Entry

1. This promotion is open to persons over 18 years of age at the time of entry, excluding anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. Purchase period: Purchase a Champneys Gift Card between 00:01 GMT on the 06 of December 2024 and 23:59 GMT on 08 of December 2024 inclusive.

3. Valid on gift card purchases £50 or more.

4. Only purchases online through champneys.com will be eligible for entry.

5. No fees are payable in relation to the entry of the prize draw.

6. Any personal data provided by you in connection with this promotion will be used solely by Champneys per the Champneys Privacy Notice.

7. One entry per gift card purchased will be entered.

Prize Details:

8. Winner will receive the gift card value doubled including the value gained through the 20% extra value promotion (e.g. £100 purchase will hold £120 value – the prize will double the £120 value, resulting in the winner holding £240 value on the purchased gift card).

9. There is no cash alternative for this prize.

10. Champneys reserves the right to replace the stated prizes with prizes that are considered to be of broadly equivalent value.

11. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media or promotional material are for depiction purposes only.

12. Should a prize winner's contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify Champneys or the contact persons for the relevant promotion.

13. No additional expenses, for example, the costs of transport to and from a Champneys destination as a result of the redemption of the prize value such as parking charges, gratuities, spending money and other costs of a personal nature, will be included.

Winner Selection

14. Ten randomly selected winners will be notified via email, and their gift card value will be doubled.

15. The winners will be contacted via the correspondence entered into.

16. We reserve the right to request proof of a prize winner's identity in the form of a passport or driver’s license.

17. Prize winner selection will take place Monday 09 December and winners will be contacted within 5 business days.

Exclusions

18. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter any promotion repeatedly is prohibited.

19. Where an entrant or prize winner has not complied or in breach with the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the promoter may enforce the right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to us of any prize even where a prize has already been awarded or provided to the winner Internal.

20. Gift card purchases via a third party, in-resort, in-hotel, or via reservations and sales departments, or non-Champneys retailer store (online or in-person) including the purchase of third-party experience vouchers will not be counted.

21. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in any promotion.

Promotion Administration and Exclusion of Liability:

22. Champneys may terminate a promotion at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Champneys will not award the prize if the promotion is terminated.

23. All Champneys decisions relating to the promotion and/or redemption of the prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

24. A failure by Champneys to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or prize winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.

25. In the event that any provision of these Terms are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.

26. These specific terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
