This programme is designed to develop your skills while introducing functional, effective exercises that enhance your routine. 

  • Progressive training – starting at a beginner/intermediate level, with gradual increases in intensity
  • 30 – 60 minute sessions – structured to optimize results while fitting into your lifestyle
  • Flexible modifications – adapt exercises to suit your level, ensuring progress without strain
  • Targeted heart rate tracking – maximize your performance with a Myzone Belt (recommended)

All you need is a kettlebell, TRX or bar, and a skipping rope—all available at Champneys gyms.

Programme includes:
  • Body Measurements & Goal Setting – track your journey from day one
  • One Personal Training Session per week (25 mins) – tailored guidance to keep you motivated
  • Body Composition Assessments – at the start and end of the programme
  • 8-week structured plan – expertly designed for results

Expect to feel challenged, but supported every step of the way. While some muscle soreness is natural, our expert trainers have carefully structured the plan to help you progress safely. If you experience pain or discomfort, we recommend consulting a physiotherapist, podiatrist, or GP.
