Working one to one (or 2:1 if you have a training partner) with our professional trainers will provide you with a highly efficient and more productive workout that ultimately will get you your results faster.

At Champneys we offer members our YOUnique PT session to get you started on your fitness and wellbeing journey. With our tailor-made approach and your hard work, you will create the best possible version of you.

If you then decide to continue training with your coach, choose from the following sessions and they will design and guide you through a progressive fitness journey with regular 'check-ins' to create long term changes in health and mind whilst transforming your body.

Additional PT services:

  • 1x PT session £36 (30 mins)
  • 1x PT session £72 (55 mins) - All members must receive a YOUnique PT session before booking this PT session.
  • 5x PT sessions £248/£49.60 per session - Includes before and after Body Composition Analysis (valid for 3 months).
  • 10x PT sessions £440/£44 per session - Includes before and after Body Composition Analysis (valid for 6 months).
  • Small Group PT - Split the cost and enjoy the saving. A single hour structured session for up to 4 people.
  • Group of 2 £88/£44 each
  • 5x Group of 2 PT Sessions £385 /£38.50 each per session
  • 10x Group of 2 PT Sessions £660/£33 each per session
