Available as a 3 or 4-night programme, you’ll begin to sculpt and strengthen your body, improving your posture, and sampling a wide range of classes according to your goals. Longer breaks allow for a deeper detox and more personalised attention, helping you lose weight safely, de-stress, improve your gut health and boost energy levels.
Based on a safe and evidenced fasting-mimicking approach, detox days are structured around a personalised menu of regular juices, smoothies, soups and snacks that meet nutritional needs. The fasting programme is never more than 5 days in duration.
Many guests report that in just a few days they feel great, with glowing skin and a flatter tummy - and that they feel inspired to make ongoing changes once back home. Average weight loss is 1lb-2lbs per day.

how DOES it work?
Daily activity begins with a metabolism-boosting 45-minute guided walk in the quintessentially beautiful English countryside, followed by the first juice of the day. Thereafter, guests can choose from a wide range of classes from relaxing yoga to body conditioning or tennis.
Each evening there’s a workshop session covering health topics such as gut health, weight loss, beating stress and fatigue, and practical demonstrations to teach you some hands-on healthy food preparation skills.

This break includes no meals, the diet is made up of juices, herbal teas, broths and supplements. This break cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or discounts. Available at Tring in standard and superior rooms only, but upgrades to premium rooms or suites are available on request.
A minimum number of 6 participants is required to run this break, and a maximum of 16. Should the minimum not be reached and the break cancelled, an alternative or full refund will be offered.
Champneys breaks, days and vouchers cannot be re-sold, and may only be used for promotional purposes with written permission from the directors of Champneys.
Per person from prices are based on shared occupancy. Stay another night for £150pp.
