About Rachel Holmes & Kelly Reed
Rachel Holmes is an international fitness presenter, educator and speaker, not to mention creator of Fitness Pilates, Menofit™ and many group fitness concepts. Rachel is a training provider specialising in level 2, 3 & 4 fitness qualifications.
Kelly Reed is head tutor at Choreographytogo Education, an international presenter, speaker and educator. Kelly specialises in education, women’s health & body transformation programme.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run.
Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.

On occasion, the retreat may appear sold out online. We may have reserved spaces available, which do not appear on the website.
