About Jo Adams & Virginia Hills

Jo Adams is a personal trainer and menopause wellness practitioner, and Virginia Hills is a registered nutritionist for gut and hormonal health.

Their combined expertise provide many women with invaluable tools to navigate their way through the menopause.

Jo’s approach to coaching is rooted in her personal experiences. She understands the unique journey midlife women face, especially during the intricate path of perimenopause and menopause. Jo is a level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and a Menopause Wellness Practitioner. She is also navigating perimenopause herself.

Jo is a woman who has transformed her life, who balances work, rest, and play, and who radiates positivity and energy. Jo’s story is a testament to the fact that age is just a number, and it’s never too late to chase your dreams and live a life filled with passion and purpose. She wants every woman to not just survive but thrive during midlife and have the knowledge and tools to do just that.

Virginia is a BANT Registered Nutritionist with a special focus on digestive issues, gut health, peri-menopause/menopause, sleep and anxiety.

Her journey into the world of nutrition stems from her personal struggles with IBS and migraines during her twenties, as well as the exhaustion experienced whilst balancing a busy legal career and motherhood in her thirties. These challenges ignited her passion for understanding how food and lifestyle factors can significantly and positively transform an individual’s wellbeing.  Virginia is currently in perimenopause herself and works with many women navigating this tricky path, creating a strategy for each individual to guide them through the specific challenges they face, enabling them to get on with enjoying life again.
