With over 20 years of experience in fitness and wellness, Caroline specialises in guiding women through the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of menopause.
Caroline holds certifications in personal training, menopause health coaching & group fitness classes.
As a woman who is also experiencing menopause firsthand, she understands the struggles many women face during this time. She uses her personal journey and professional knowledge to support women with empathy, understanding, and practical solutions.
In her Menopause Wellbeing Workshop, Caroline focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment where women can share their experiences, ask questions, and learn how to thrive during this time of life. With a mix of evidence-based strategies and self-care practices, her approach is compassionate & personable, and she believes that menopause is a powerful transition, and with the right knowledge and tools, it can be a time to rediscover strength, purpose, and vitality.
