About Gayatri Monani
She is an EFT Practitioner and Trainer and has taught EFT for over 12 years to women with cancer, teachers, school children, prison officers and adults in the community. She has been teaching mindfulness for over 7 years.
Gayatri has a deep passion for empowering people by teaching them simple and practical tools so they can take control of their own health and wellbeing.
She creates a positive and nurturing learning environment, where everyone is heard and welcomed.

how DOES it work?
You will be guided through some practical and effective tools to release stress and anxiety and achieve a deep sense of peace and calm. You will be shown how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as Tapping), which is like emotional acupuncture, without the needles!
You will then be guided through a deeply relaxing Body Scan mindfulness, preparing your body for an afternoon of bliss in the spa.

Free sessions and classes, including gym intros, aqua classes, virtual classes, walks and talks.

Terms & Conditions
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run.
Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.

On occasion, the retreat may appear sold out online. We may have reserved spaces available, which do not appear on the website.
