What fitness facilities and activities do you have?
We have a state-of-the-art gym, a 20-metre indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

What classes are available?
We have a wide variety of different classes available from Pilates to HIIT.  Check out our full activity schedule for Group Classes in the Health Spa section.

What should I wear for classes?
Wear something comfortable that will allow you to move around easily.  We suggest a good pair of trainers and a towel.

I'm staying overnight, am I able to use the gym / pool?
This depends on the package you have booked.  We have a selection of packages that includes use of the pool and gym facilities.  Please check upon booking.

When should I book my treatments?
We advise that you book your treatments as far in advance as possible as treatments get booked up very quickly! The earlier you the book the better the availability of times and treatments. We recommend that additional treatments are booked at least 14 days before arrival - availability can be limited after this.

What are contra indications?
Contra indications are health reasons why a therapist may not treat a client. On our website treatment pages you will see symbols relating to health issues that if applicable mean you cannot receive this treatment. For example: High/low blood pressure, cancer during active treatment, circulatory problems, claustrophobia, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions etc.

Can I just visit the spa for a treatment?
Yes, of course.  To book a treatment please call us on 01233 227138.

Can I book extra treatments on the day?
We advise booking treatments as far in advance as possible however you are welcome to book on the day. Treatments are subject to availability.

Are there any age restrictions?
14- to 16-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult at all times including during treatments which will be performed by a same sex therapist. However, they will not be permitted for any electrical treatments or intimate waxing.

Can I book spa day passes for people to come with us on our break?
Yes, you can book spa days separately online for any other guests that wish to join you.

Can I just come for the day?
Yes, we have a great Spa Day Package for you to join us for the day.  For more information check online in the Health Spa section or give us a call on 01233 227 138 or email treatments@champneys.com 

What time can I check in for my spa day or stay?
Check-in for Spa Days is from 9am and Spa Stays is 2pm.

What time do we leave when our break is over?
For Spa Stays departure time is 11am with access to the spa until 4pm. For Spa Days departure is 6pm.

Can I use the facilities if I am not a member?
Yes, we have some great overnight packages and spa day packages which allow you full access to all our spa facilities. 

Are there changing facilities at the spa?
Yes, we have both male and female changing facilities at our spa.

What do we need to access a locker?
You can collect your electronic key from the spa reception upon arrival.

Will I be provided with a towel and robe?
Yes, if you have booked a spa day, you will receive your towel and robe upon arrival.   For an overnight stay, you will find these in your room.

If I'm staying overnight, where do I check in?

Where is the closest train station?
Ashford International Station is the closest train station which is a short car journey from the hotel. Taxis are also available at the station.

What is the best postcode to use for the sat-nav?
The best postcode to use for Eastwell Manor is TN25 4HT. This will direct you straight to our front door!

What time can I check in?
Check-in for Bed and Breakfast and Dinner, Bed and Breakfast is from 3pm.

What time do we have to leave when our break is over?
Departure time for Bed and Breakfast and Dinner, Bed and Breakfast is at 11am.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all our guests.

What is the press reader app?
The Press Reader app allows you to enjoy complimentary access to thousands of newspapers and magazines from around the world. Just connect to our Wi-Fi, download the app and start reading.

Can we stay for just one or two nights?
Yes, we have a selection of packages that offer one- or two-night stays. Alternatively, you can book as many nights as you like in our hotel.

Is there car parking available?
Yes, the car park for the main entrance is located at the front of the hotel. We also have a separate car park for the spa.

Where is Eastwell Manor located?
Eastwell Manor can be easily located following the M20, or by means of train into Ashford International station, which is situated just less than four miles from the hotel and is accessible via a 12-minute car journey. The station links to all major London destinations and the high-speed Eurotunnel. Other stations in close proximities to the hotel include Wye railway station, less than three miles away and Canterbury West and East stations, which are just over 10 miles away.

Airports accessible within a reasonable car or train journey include London South End, London City and London Gatwick.

Can hen parties use the facilities of the club?
Yes, hen parties are welcome at Eastwell Manor. Why not book in Afternoon Tea or a Spa Day to make your experience extra special! We ask that all groups respect our other guests staying at the hotel.

What if we're running late?
No problem, just give us a quick call and let us know.

I'm not on a spa day, can I still visit the manor?
Yes, of course. We have a variety of different activities for the whole family at Eastwell Manor from a delicious Afternoon Tea to our unique Falconry Experience that will make your visit extra memorable.

If I'm staying in the mews cottages, where do I check in and park?
Check in is at the Manor House in the main reception, but please leave bags in the car as once you have checked in you can drive and park just outside of the mews accommodation.

Is there a dress code for the Gardenia?
The dress code for Gardenia is smart casual. No robes or flip flops in the restaurant. 

What are my options for food and drink?
We have a selection of different restaurants and bars for you to enjoy food and drink:

Soak up the atmosphere in Gardenia, a gourmet destination in its own right. With a good mix of local residents and guests, enjoy our mouth-watering menus that focus on rediscovering your tastebuds. With a brand-new menu, you’ll find dishes catered to all dietary requirements, from plant-based to carnivorous diets.

The recently renovated Spa Restaurant (formerly the Pavilion Restaurant) merges healthy eating with healthy living. In line with the Champneys ethos of healthy, delicious, and beautiful food, our chefs and nutritionists aim to educate and empower – creating healthy eating habits beyond a guest’s stay. With a focus on light lunches, we’re work to the principles of moderation, balance and variety. 

Afternoon Tea at Eastwell Manor is always special. Put simply, you cannot pay us a visit without sampling our take on one of the nation’s favourite pastimes. And where better to do that than in our fabulous countryside manor house? 

The Manor Bar offers cosy setting and the ideal place to relax and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple. Or perhaps try something new from our impressive selection of beverages – including our expertly created cocktails. It’s also the perfect spot to take in the dreamy North Downs views.

What time is afternoon tea available?
Afternoon tea is available from 1pm – 5pm, daily, 7 days a week.

Are children allowed in the pool?
Yes, children are allowed in the outdoor pool during the summer months 8.30am-10am and 4.30pm-6pm, daily. No under 3s in the pools.  Children are not allowed in the indoor pool.

Are children allowed to stay in the manor?
Yes, children are welcome to stay at Eastwell Manor. Our Earl of Northumberland room includes bunk beds, please ask upon booking!

Is there a children’s menu available at your restaurants?
We can cater to children at our restaurants with meal sizes to suit.

Am I allowed to bring my dog?
Yes, we allow dogs in our Mews Cottage accommodation. They are not allowed into the manor house or the spa.
