About Sophie Gowen
Sophie creates a friendly, informal atmosphere and works to improve strength and flexibility, and reduce back pain. Full body conditioning and toning are a core centric focus in her popular Pilates fusion classes.
Teaching a wide range of students, both men and women, with differing abilities, Sophie is experienced in supporting each individual at their own pace, bringing fun and smiles in her inclusive, supportive and upbeat Pilates sessions.
No wonder she has developed a specialist interest in post-operative rehabilitation, beginners and postnatal Pilates.
how DOES it work?
Start the day with a healthy light welcome breakfast, followed by an invigorating wellness Pilates fusion class surrounded by the beautiful gardens. After a three-course light and healthy lunch, enjoy the afternoon relaxing in the spa and grounds with the option to add a treatment.
You will return home feeling calm, pampered and energised after a special day of wellbeing and self-care.

Terms & Conditions
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run.
Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
Retreat sold out?
On occasion, the retreat may appear sold out online. We may have reserved spaces available, which do not appear on the website.
