In this creative vinyasa yoga retreat, Liz Lark (yoga teacher of 25+ years), adapts yoga postures for each individual in order to ‘chisel' into the form.
Following inspiration from the Astanga Vinyasa tradition and other Hatha yoga practices, Liz helps sculpt and free each unique body.

Arrival & Departure
- Arrive from 3pm
- Check out of bedroom at 11am on departure day.
- Depart by 4pm.
Treatments & Classes
- Add any other extras in the next stage of the booking flow. We recommend making any additional spa treatment bookings at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can also add fitness classes from our app after completing your booking, just search your app store for Champneys.
- The last treatment time is 8pm and last gym session is 8:30pm.

About Liz Lark
Liz is a yoga movement explorer, studying as a teacher with British Wheel & Astanga Vinyasa (1995), a dance-like style which led her to India and Crete through the 1990's.
She has been fortunate to travel and teach widely, and now deepening into home soil to share her passion.
Liz has BA & MA degrees in 3D Design & Performing Arts, with a central theme of celebrating the body in movement. A member of Yoga Alliance USA & British Wheel of Yoga, she is also a board member for Teachers Training Course at www.yogacampus.com since 2003 and runs retreats and workshops.
She has written 9 books & teaches online (recordings available) at www.lizlark.com.
