Breathe, stretch, restore
After the welcome drinks and refreshments, there will be a short tour through the spa resort and its numerous facilities. Then stretch and relax during a gentle Dru Yoga class, based on flowing postures and sequences, directed breathing, visualisations and blissful relaxation, improving your flexibility and resilience to stress.
After the yoga class, enjoy a healthy, nutritious and delicious lunch in the spacious dining room. In the early afternoon you can join a leisurely stroll in the peaceful grounds set in 170 acres parkland. There will be plenty of time to pamper yourself with one of Champneys abundant spa treatments or chill in the Hot Tub or Spa area. Or simply enjoy an afternoon tea or coffee in the Terrace Café of by the cosy fireplace.
The second yoga class will focus on restorative postures and grounding Yin poses followed by a meditation. You will leave Champneys feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
The Yoga will be designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups.
