Escape to wellness
You will enjoy some Pilates practice that will mobilise your body, look after any aches and pains and work on posture as well as overall body strength. You will have the opportunity to use the spa facilities and relax before meeting for dinner. Then you will wake to a healthy buffet breakfast and there will also be an option of a guided walk before we start our Pilates practice in the morning that include 2 different Pilates sessions. A buffet lunch will be provided and then you will have the rest of the afternoon to relax in the spa and enjoy the grounds with the option to add a treatment.
This will be a special time of self-care and time for you so that you leave you feeling calm, pampered and energised.
About Claire Baker
Claire Baker has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and Pilates and has been a big part of that.
So much so that she also teaches the teachers. She is experienced at teaching a wide range of people with varying needs and abilities to offer an inclusive approach in a positive way so that everyone can come away feeling re-energized, good about their participation and have a sense of standing taller with better posture.
There’s no doubt you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Claire has vast experience working in the fitness industry since 1997 and has been teaching Pilates for many of those years. Claire is inspired by seeing others move better and achieve their goals. Her classes will be varied with options for all to attend in an inclusive way.
