We will start with a joint mobility class.
After a healthy light lunch, you will feel at ease with your body with another Pilates class to strengthen, tone and mobilise, leaving you with the rest of the afternoon to relax in the spa and enjoy the grounds with the option to add a treatment.

Terms & Conditions
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run.
Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
Retreat sold out?
On occasion, the retreat may appear sold out online. We may have reserved spaces available, which do not appear on the website.
If this is the case, please email cer@champneys.com and include the title and date of the retreat you would like to book.
