Meditative me time
You will experience yoga, meditation, creative and confidence building workshops and a relaxing sound bath. With time to reflect, set goals for the year ahead as well as enjoy a light breakfast, delicious lunch and have time to enjoy the spa facilities.
Following a gentle morning yoga class, you will be introduced to a mindful breath-work exercise and be invited to set your intention for the day ahead.
You will experience two workshop activities, one focused on self-reflection and the other on a beautiful creative activity.
There will be time to enjoy the gorgeous Champneys spa before refocusing with meditation which will then flow into the heart felt sounds of gongs and crystal singing bowl sound bath.
The retreat is co-hosted by Anna - experienced meditation coach from Academy-A Coaching and Paula a qualified teacher and facilitator of multi-instrument sound baths.

About Anna & Paula
Anna Fronda is a Meditation and Anxiety Specialist, teaching many clients how to reduce stress and anxiety, she highlights a holistic approach to healing the mind and body. She founded her academy in 2023 hosting retreats, classes and workshops teaching meditation, breathwork and Wellness Coaching.
Paula Geere is a qualified teacher of Performing Arts and is a certified Sound Relaxation Practitioner with the British Association of Sound Therapy (BAST) and the Sound Healing Association (SHA)
