Each session is structured in a way to suit all levels of ability and will take you further according to your own ability and understanding of the practice. You will go home energised and revived, refreshed and relaxed with wonderful memories and new friendships.
Morning classes will be varied, opening the body and attuning the mind to the breath. The combination of detailed instruction and a light-hearted approach makes the class both effective and enjoyable, leaving participants feeling refreshed, aligned, and inspired.
The evening class will be a shorter restorative class to help you unwind, relax and connect to a deep sense of inner peace.
About Susan
In 2024, she completed 200 hours of Yoga Alliance training. Always a student herself, Susan continues to deepen her knowledge through her students, mentors, and ongoing exploration of yoga's many layers.
Her mission is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone. With clear demonstrations and explanations, Susan tailors her teaching to individual needs, respecting anatomical differences and energy levels. She encourages home practice and shares practical tools to support students through all stages of life.
A passionate traveller, Susan has attended numerous yoga retreats and is excited to lead her own, creating an experience grounded in kindness, humor, and a warm welcome. Her goal is to help students release expectations, find inner stillness, and embrace the connection of mind, body, and breath in a safe and supportive environment.
