Reconnect mind, body, and soul
Having some ME time allows us to focus better, and we are happier and more productive as a result. You will be guided through a unique combination of Pilates, Barre, Floor Barre and a fusion of Yoga/Pilates followed by meditation.
No matter where you are in your Pilates, Yoga or meditation practice this day is open to everyone, from absolute beginners to those with more experience.
The day will begin with a meet and greet, followed by a unique Pilates class by Theresa, which will begin as a traditional matwork class working on strength, alignment, and flexibility. You can then enjoy some free time to explore and immerse yourself in Champneys luxurious spa facilities. Later in the evening, we will meet up for a 3-course healthy dinner.
The following day, there will be an early morning Yoga/Pilates Fusion class, taught by Karen, focusing on postures and breathwork, allowing you to experience the joy of connecting mind and body through moving with the breath. Late morning Karen will take you through a challenging Barre class, incorporating Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. Following a healthy lunch, Theresa will guide you through a Floor Barre class, performing Ballet movements sitting and laying on the floor, working on strength and flexibility. Following the class, you may like to indulge yourself in the spa facilities, perhaps treating yourself to a massage, facial or pedicure.
