About Carroll
Carroll has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years but over the last 20 years her focus and passion has been teaching Pilates.
Qualified in both Modern and Body Control Pilates, she excels in personalised one to ones and in teaching private group classes in the UK and abroad, including her Pilates retreats in Portugal and the Pyrenees.
Carroll's unique style is reflective of her experience and contagious passion for creating highly motivating classes.


how DOES it work?
Pilates rejuvenation session
Rejuvenate your body with this specialised core class using internal stabilising muscles to target posture, balance and core strength. Pilates exercises are designed to enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture. By the end you should feel toned, longer, stronger and ready to take on the day.
Pilates flow session
Head to toe flow class. This pilates session involves a series of controlled movements and exercises performed on the mat. The pilates variations are refreshing. Enjoy the joy and flow of movement.
Use of state-of-the-art gyms
Free sessions and classes, including gym intros, aqua classes, virtual classes, walks and talks.
