About Carla

Curvaceous Carla has worked in the dance industry as a professional dancer and choreographer for over 25 years.
Carla’s career naturally progressed into the dance and fitness industry and saw her teaching a multitude of dance and fitness classes across the Southern region. In more recent years her emphasis and passion has been on Yoga. Holding a 200hrs IYN Unity Yoga qualification as well as a 100hrs Yin Yoga, 200hrs Kundalini Yoga qualification, and a Master Presenter in Kunda Dance trained by Maya Fiennes. Carla runs retreats in the UK and abroad Suryalila in Spain, Ibiza, Santorini, Greece, Tuscany. She loves to travel and spread love and joy to all she meets.
